Fall Program Dates

Parents,
While our registration remains open for our fall program, we wanted to share some key dates for the fall programs. Registration remains open at www.brentwoodballclub.com. While we will start late registration on 8/1, some age groups could be filled prior to that date so please do not wait too late. We will keep registration open for as long as we have openings up until games start.

07/27 12YO & Younger Baseball Open (i.e. travel) Division Coaches meeting
07/29 Uniforms to be ordered
08/01 Fall registration late fee of $7 per player starts
08/05 Softball coaches meeting - 6:00PM
08/06 Baseball coaches meeting for 4/5YO, 6YO teams - 6:00PM
08/06 Baseball coaches meeting for 7YO to 12YO Rec Division - 7:00PM
08/06 Team rosters distributed to head coaches
08/08 First Day of practices
08/08 Shop Day at Dick's Sporting Goods
08/11 Baseball game schedule distributed
08/13 Softball game schedule distributed
08/16 Baseball multi-league scheduling meeting 13YO & Older
08/21 Head coaches or team rep to pick up uniforms
08/24 Games start for baseball and softball
08/29 Picture Day at Civitan Park
10/15 Last possible day of league baseball games 4YO to 12YO
10/22 Last day for softball games
10/29 13-18YO Tournament starts
11/01 13-18YO Tournament ends

There will be no games scheduled Labor Day weekend (Fri, 9/4 through Mon, 9/7)

Baseball Game Day Schedules
4-12YOs in the recreation divisions should expect to play games each Saturday and then one game during the week. We usually schedule our 4/5YOs on Mondays, 6YOs on Mondays & Thursdays, 7YOs & 8YOs on Tuesdays & Thursdays and then our 9/10YOs & 11/12YOs will play Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. We can work with coaches on conflicts prior to setting the schedule. After the schedule is set, coaches would work with each other on any conflicts.

Softball Game Days
Mondays - 12U & 15U
Tuesdays - 6U & 8U
Thursdays - 10U
Games last 55 minutes and teams play doubleheaders on their game days.
