How To Register

How To...

Register A New Player:

~ If you have not played with Belle Clair Soccer League before, or have not played since 2010, you will need to create an account on our website. Your email address will be required. Please use an email address that you are likely to check often. Information about the season, including initial contact from your coach, game cancellations due to rain or heat and other important news is distributed by email.
~ Please click on the LOGIN icon, in the upper right hand corner of our website. Use the right hand side of the page to create a user name and password. From there you can begin to register. You will need to provide basic contact information as well as, your player's Date of Birth and either Boy or Girl. Once entered, you will be directed to a specific division to register for. Divisions are determined by DOB and Boys/Girls. For example, if you are registering a boy with a December 23rd, 2005 birthday, the division available will be 5B, for a boy entering the 5th grade in the fall. You may also register additional players from your family by clicking on the ADD A PLAYER. This feature is available after entering the first player's name and DOB. 
~ You will also be able to request a coach. If you are not requesting a coach, please include the name of the school your player attends, in the space provided. We can find a team of other players from your school, or a school nearby. Required information includes insurance information, policy carrier, policy holder and policy number. For those with Tri-Care, you must provide at least 4 digits of your policy number. Registration can not be completed without a policy number.
~ Registration Fee is $95 per player for Kindergarten thru 8th grade age players. 
~ An Early Bird Discount is available thru May 31st. 
~ Players registering on July 15th or later will be subject to a $10 late fee.
~ A $10 Discount for up to 3 siblings is applicable June 1st thru August 15th.
~ Siblings must all be registered under the same User Name to apply.
~ All discounts or fees are applied at the end of registration. You will have the opportunity to review prior to submitting payment.
~ Registration Fee for Mini Strikers & Little Strikers Programs is a flat $75. No additional discounts or fees apply.

Register A Returning Player:

~ Please click on the LOGIN icon, in the upper right hand corner of our website. From there, you can enter your User Name and Password, on the left hand side of the page. Your account will become available and you may choose which player(s) you'd like to register. You may also make any changes/updates to your account as you go along. Changes may include address or phone number, emergency contact, school, coach request or insurance information. User Name can not be changed. 
Add An Additional Player From Your Family:
~ Please click on the LOGIN icon, in the upper right hand corner of our website. From there, you can enter your User Name and Password, on the left hand side of the page. Your account will become available and you may choose which player(s) you'd like to register. Use the ADD PARTICIPANT tab to add the next child in your family. You may also make any changes/updates to your account as you go along. Changes may include address or phone number, emergency contact, school, coach request or insurance information. User Name can not be changed.

Complete and Online Coaches Application:

 
~ Use the LOGIN icon, in the upper right hand corner of our website. 
~ Most coaches complete the application as part of their child's registration process, which means you will use the User Name and Password associated with your player.
~ Some coaches may not have completed the application as part of their child's registration, which means you will use the User Name and Password associated with yourself.
~ If you are the PARTICIPANT, once you have logged in or created your own account, the next step is to click YES for Is the participant the same as the primary account holder question. This will auto populate your general info. Please continue to select/add the following questions: GENDER, DOB and CELL PHONE then CLICK CONTINUE. Because there are programs for your age, you will need to  CLICK GO BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. On the left hand side, look for the VOLUNTEER TAB, which is the 3rd one down, CLICK ON VOLUNTEER and then look for the GREEN OVAL with FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES, click there. All of the available divisions will be listed, scroll through to find your's. If you have a 3rd grade daughter, find 3G. If you have a 7th grade son, find 7/8B. You can choose either HEAD COACH or ASSISTANT COACH, click Continue and choose yourself as the participant. You will need to provide your Drivers License Number, as well as State Issued and Expiration Date,  DOB and Social Security number, all of which is encrypted.

~ Coaches must complete an new application every season. 
~ No cards will be issued to coaches without a completed application. 
~ No coach will be allowed on the bench without a card.
~ Coaches may apply online only and must be completed on or before July 31st.
